By opting in to receive SMS messages from the Cork family assistant ("Friday"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our SMS messaging service sends personal notifications, reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and conversational replies from our family assistant. Messages are sent only to contacts who have voluntarily provided their phone number to the Cork family.
You consent to receive messages by voluntarily providing your phone number directly to the Cork family during in-person conversations, phone calls, or text exchanges. No automated collection or third-party lists are used.
Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per week depending on context and conversations. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for our messaging service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on all major US carriers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the messaging service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
